Making a Referral

Health and social service professionals can refer clients directly to us. We’ll work alongside you to ensure the person receives the right support safely and promptly. The process begins by filling in our [professional referral form]. Once submitted, we will confirm receipt and follow up within 2 business days. If the situation is urgent or you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call us directly.

Feedback

Your voice matters.

We welcome all compliments, concerns, and suggestions, as your feedback helps us improve and uphold our commitment to safe, inclusive care. To ensure your comfort, we offer an anonymous feedback option. All submissions are reviewed by senior staff and are used to inform our service delivery and training, helping us continuously grow and enhance our support.
