Our services are completely free, including crisis support, counselling, social work, and medical care. For some specialised or longer-term support, we may help you apply for ACC or other funding.

No. You can refer yourself directly using our online form or by calling us directly. Professionals can also make referrals on someone’s behalf (with their permission).
