Young people experience harm differently. Our FREE services are age-appropriate, inclusive, and designed to support rangatahi/young people, alongside their caregivers and trusted adults. We work in ways that are whānau-centred, non-judgemental, and grounded in safety and connection.

Family members often carry the emotional weight of supporting a loved one. We offer guidance and counselling to help you understand the impact of sexual and family harm, so you can support your loved ones effectively, and look after yourself too.
We support professionals in health, leaders of young people, and social services who are responding to disclosures or supporting clients. From referrals to training, our team is here to navigate support.
